Our clients are usually early on in their journey towards building a sustainable wellbeing strategy or may be unsure where to start.

We work closely and proactively with our clients from the outset to get to know them, understand their objectives and identify the best solution(s) for their specific needs. You can expect regular and prompt updates, plenty of opportunity to feedback on content before sessions, and post-session resources and follow-ups.

Services We Provide

  • Tailored to your organisation’s needs, this is a 1-hour collaborative brainstorming session that can cover anything from refining existing programmes, exploring new strategies or tackling current challenges.

  • Our educational workshops offer employees a space to learn about mental health in a workplace context and reflect on their own wellbeing. We take a highly practical approach to our workshops, emphasising actionable take-aways and ensuring participants feel empowered to work out what works best for them.

    Topics include: an introduction to mental health / understanding mental illness / emotional resilience / social wellbeing / perfectionism / LGBT+ mental health / technology and mental health / exploring self-care / menopause and mental health / …and more.

  • For example, a programme of activities including: a wellbeing strategy review; x1 introductory workshop (90 min) introducing mental health; x3 wellbeing workshops (60-90 min); x1 facilitated discussion on a mental health topic of your choice.

  • Drop-in mindfulness classes - can be booked weekly, monthly or quarterly at your office (or online) to give your employees some breathing space in their busy day.

    8-week mindfulness course – a structured course which includes an introduction to mindfulness, body awareness, mindful movement, mindful eating, visualisation, journaling, practical exercises and much more. People often find this course helpful in managing stress and adversity, improving their wellbeing and their sleep.

  • Work with you to create or enhance your employee wellbeing strategy so that it meets your needs and fits with your culture.

  • All of our packages and one-off workshops can be tailored to meet your organisation’s needs and I am open to developing new sessions with you if needed.
